Intelligent Speed Adaptation – (ISA)
Part of the GSR, the Intelligent Speed Adaptation (ISA) system ensures that vehicles comply with speed limits. This system alerts the driver to avoid exceeding speed limits and actively enforces compliance when necessary.
The ISA system has been mandated under the EU Regulation 2019/2144, making it compulsory in European Union countries. This regulation requires the ISA system to be installed in new vehicles and aims to enhance road safety.
